To become a certified carrier, please follow these steps:

1. Provide your MC/MX# & DOT# to begin registration.

2. Supply your company contact information.

3. Submit an electronic W9 (have your TaxID available).

4. Complete the Carrier Profile.

5. Download and sign the Broker-Carrier Agreement (reference next page).

6. Provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the insurance minimum
requirements below.

Certificates must be submitted from your insurance producer (agent)

● Minimum of $1,000,000 in Commercial General Liability
● Minimum of $1,000,000 in Auto Liability Coverage
● Minimum of $100,000 in Cargo Liability

Carriers are required to carry Reefer Breakdown insurance if they will be moving a
refrigerated load.
You will be required to meet the following requirements:

– Active Common or Contract Authority.
– FMCSA Safety Rating must be Satisfactory or None
